Babies are a wonderful gift. They fill your life with adventure and your heart with a bigger love that can choke up even the strongest Mom. "I can't even explain how much I loved him as soon as I saw him", said my new Mom, Monica.

Meet Baby Clinton.  Clinton is the first son of Monica and Matt. Monica is the patient of the highly sought out OBGYN, Dr. Carolyn Ringhoffer, of SpringHill Hospital. Baby Clinton is alert, rosey and just perfect in every way. It was a joy to photograph his first week.

Sometimes Spring fever just takes over at the studio. I couldn't wait to photograph my first baseball baby of the season!

Newborns are best photographed in the first 10 days of life.  Under 10 days, your baby is more bendy and posable and tiny. It's the best time for his first close up. Your baby never stops growing. A brother is not just someone who hangs around your house, he's a forever friend. He's someone to share every adventure with. He's the other half of your high five. 

Meet the Wolz brothers. These two giggled and laughed even more than me. We were fighters and air plane pilots and yes, there was chickens too. Big thanks to their wonderful parents for bringing them in to us. It was a delight to share your boys for the afternoon.

First babies. They are full of anticipation, fear, and excitement ~ All rolled into one big mystery that you get to unlock one precious day at a time. Boy does time fly...It's been nearly 13 years since I had all those first time Mom fears. Now, with baby Jefferson ~ I'm like a pro...who are we kidding? I'm still a little nervous :-) 
It was a pleasure to be invited to photograph the baby shower of Mobile, Alabama natives, David and Elizabeth Tolbert.  It beautiful shower, for a beautiful family complete with a black and gold honey bee theme.
