There is nothing cuter than a sweet baby sitting with a cuddly bunny. Babies LOVE bunnies. It's a plain fact. At Ellenburg Photography, when we bring out the bunnies, the babies start drooling. They can't hide their excitement. And to be honest, neither can their Moms and Dads. Everyone within viewing distance of the baby bunny combo melts into a delicious puddle of love. 

Introducing Sweet Baby Jaidyn. Jaidyn was a first timer in our Saraland Alabama portrait studio, but you would never have guessed it. He rocked his sitter session like a pro. Thanks for celebrating your BIG half birthday with us.

The bunnies used for portraits with South Alabama Childrens Photographer, Daphne Ellenburg are not borrowed bunnies. These bunnies are the Ellenburg Family pets. They are cuddled and loved regularly all year long. They are well behaved and really do stay, when we say "Stay" - it will freak you out the first time. They are truly the greatest bunnies ever. Do I sound like a bunny MOM? I'm totally okay with it.

Nearly fourty-five days before Easter, I share my studio with cuddly fluffy bunnies. It's my most favorite time of the year. The Ellenburg family has had bunnies for years and usually have three or more at home. The bunnies that visit my South Alabama portrait studio are not studio roommates, or borrowed from pet stores -  these bunnies are my family pets. Being photographed with a pet bunny is a whole different experience. My bunnies are tame. They stay in position during portraits. And they love to cuddle.

How cute is little Kipton? Kipton was photographed for his Easter portraits at 17 months. We have photographed baby Kipton since he was a tiny little 6 pounder. We love watching him grow and grow. He loves our bunnies.

Having a new toddler in the studio for portraits is an extra fun adventure. Introducing Baby Abel. Able is a new 19 months and he came ready for bunny portrait adventure. 

He was ready to explore adventure around every corner and was determined to leave no mystery unturned as we moved from one shooting bay to the next. Everyone was on hand to create beautiful smiles, Mom, Dad, both Grandparents - but no one brought the cheese like "The Wheels on the Bus" That song was number one today. Thank you Team Abel for a wonderful afternoon in the Saraland studio.

Abel was photographed with all the Ellenburg Bunnies today, but he liked Bluebell the most. Bluebell is a 1.5 year old blue-gray Lops.

Have you ever thought about being photographed with live bunnies? These bunnies are not temporary spring bunnies that live in my portrait studio - these are my pets. They are used to be held and cuddled. Our bunnies like to sit on things like cozy benches and chairs or hang around in baskets. We are so excited to introduce one of our bunnies, Little Mabel. Mabel is a black and white dwarf bunny with lavender eyes. She is so tiny and can fit in one hand to cuddle. And she loves to cuddle! Are you ready to snuggle with Mabel?

What is a Bunny Session?

Bunny Sessions are spring themed sessions that have our cuddly bunnies mixed throughout the full portrait session. Everyone gets to meet the bunnies and gets to learn how to hold the bunny. These bunnies are very tame. Everyone gets the option to hold the bunny or enjoy the bunny in a basket. Our goal is to make this a fun experience for your child. Everyone loves bunnies.

If you've been to our studio before, you KNOW what a big fan of baby toes I am. I'm always all in for bare feet portraits of your little people.
