During all sessions Children, spouses and grandparents are welcome at no additional cost. Our sessions fee for 2018 is only $55. You are welcome to change clothes and backgrounds. There is no limit. Our studio stocks over 100 gowns and outfits to be used for both Maternity and Newborn sessions. We also have an endless supply of blankets, headbands, tiebacks, knits and props for your newborn. Sessions last 45-60 minutes. Double sessions can be purchased for $99. On Location sessions start at $75.
SESSION FEES ARE DUE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
Your session fee covers a consultation to discuss your portraiture wants, my custom-styled photography, your private in person viewing session of approximately 20-30 images, each personally and creatively hand edited by Daphne Ellenburg, and all that is required to run a successful portrait studio.
The session fee does not include any prints or digital negatives.
Our packages start at $300 and our individual prints start at $45. There is no minimum order. All prints you order stay archived in our studio for the next 18 months. You want digital files to share? GREAT! All ordered prints you order will be available to you for social media sharing on the site of your choice and high resolution digital file sharing is available in select packages but not alone. Packages with digital options start at $799.
Our sessions have simple backgrounds and fun props, you are the star of our shot, not a bunch of clutter. Your portraits are hand edited with the latest and greatest Adobe and Apple products. I love editing just as much as photography. As soon as your session is complete, we book you in for a viewing - usually within 7-10 days. During your viewing you get to select and build your portrait packages. You will recieve your ordered product within 7-10 business days. We are a full service studio and enjoy printing your portraits and creating works of ART for you. You will love your portraits.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY NEWBORN SESSION?
We suggest that you book your appointment when you are 30 weeks pregnant. The closer you get to the arrival of your baby, the more things will be on your to do list. Booking early will give you peace of mind that you will be well taken care of in our Saraland, Alabama portrait studio. When we book your session, we will book you on a flex schedule - meaning that if you baby comes early or late, you will still be photographed on the day you selected.
Booking early, also gives you maternity portrait options. We schedule most maternity shoots while booking newborn shoots. Most of our Maternity shoots happen between weeks 33-35.
WHAT IF I ALREADY HAD MY BABY?
Call us as soon as possible and tell us you'd like to schedule a newborn. We know that newborn portraits are time sensitive and will work with you to get you scheduled during the first 12 days.
HOW OLD ARE BABIES FOR NEWBORN PORTRAITS?
Every studio is different. We start taking newborn babies for portraits at day 5 and will photograph newborns through day 14. After day 14, your baby will stiffen up a bit and will not be able to do the cuddly bendy poses but will still photograph well for everything else. Time is the key, think the sooner the better for the best portraits. Babies are significantly bigger before he or she hits their first month milestone.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?
That's the easy part. When you book in with us, we will send you a newborn homework packet. It will have a list of what to bring and what to do to ensure that you have amazing newborn portraits. Homework is sent to you as soon as you alert us that you have had the baby and when we confirm your new flex date and time.

DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH IN LABOR AND DELIVERY?
YES! Of Course we do. Imagine the most important event in your life - the birth of a NEW child, without any of the worry of documenting this big day. If having an experienced newborn photographer with you in labor and delivery is important to you, talk to your doctor. We work with many local hospitals to ensure that we can offer you the best portraits. We will be with you from the time that they wheel you back all the way until your baby gets a bath to ensure that you have amazing portraits of your sweet angel from Jesus.
There is nothing more rewarding than to photograph these babies fresh from heaven. If it's something you've even considered, don't be afraid to ask about it. The labor and delivery happens so fast, and the doctors give you so much medicine - it's hard to remember all the wonderful things that happen that day. We capture the beauty and the love of your babies first day.
WHAT IS A FRESH 48?
A fresh 48, is a hospital session that happen on your baby's second day. We join you at the hospital and get some cuddly family portraits and portraits of your new baby.
